Kelli Miles
Licensed Master Social Worker
Kelli Miles, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker who brings compassion, curiosity, collaboration, and a touch of humor into her work with clients. She believes therapy should be a space where people feel comfortable being themselves, exploring challenges without judgment, and feeling genuinely seen and heard.
Kelli works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, caregiving stress, self-esteem, and questions surrounding identity and purpose. Her approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with a focus on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, confidence, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work, where she concentrated in clinical aging. Her professional experience spans community health centers, hospitals, nursing homes, and state and federal agencies, giving her a broad perspective on supporting individuals and families across different stages of life.
